We want you to love your Snag items, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn clothing in its original packaging. Please ensure tags are still attached and the items are free from any signs of wear.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
